Giraffe Centre:

A hotel concierge, Steve, suggested that we should visit this place during the free time of last day in Nairobi.  Oh, boy!  We all came back with smiles permanently glued on to our faces.  Thank you, Steve.

An English family started this Giraffe conservation center with 23 acres of land around their manor.  Once we saw a program about this place on PBS.  In the program one boy said, “Our house is different from others, because we have Giraffes in our garden.”

Giraffes are very gentle creatures. We petted and fed Giraffe pellets to them.  They breed endangered Rothschild Giraffes there and release young Giraffes to Maasai Mara.  There are nine females and one bull.  Two of them were pregnant when we were there.  Later again we saw on TV about  Lynn” having given birth to a healthy colt.
