Basilica Cistern:

This is a big water tank constructed by the Emperor Justinian in the 4C AD. It has 336 pillars in 28 rows with capitals in Doric and Corinthian orders. When we visited there were exhibitions from Biannual Istanbul Art Show. Some video arts in this environment seemed very attractive despite the fact that normally we do not care for them.
